Tuskee Terms of Service
DRAFT, not yet checked by a lawyer. Effective: October 23, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Timur Seliutin ("I", "me"), the developer of Tuskee. By using Tuskee you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
The app
Tuskee is an app for tasks, a calendar, notes and tracks. It works fully without an account. With an optional account (Sign in with Google) and a paid plan it can keep your data in the cloud and on your other devices.
Your account
- You need a Google account to sign in. Keep it safe: whoever can sign in to it can see your Tuskee data.
- One person per account.
- You can delete your account at any time (Settings · Account · Delete account). See the Privacy Policy for what is deleted.
Your content is yours
Everything you write or attach in Tuskee belongs to you. You give me only the permission needed to store, copy (for sync and backups) and process it to run the app for you, for example sending a voice note you choose to transcribe to the transcription service. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies that disappear with routine backups.
Fair use
Please do not use Tuskee to store or share anything illegal, to harm others, to break or overload the service, or to get around its limits (such as cloud space). I may suspend an account that does, after telling you why when I can.
Plans and payments
- Free is free and stays free: what is free today will not become paid.
- Pro and Pro+ are subscriptions, monthly or yearly, bought through Google Play. The price is shown before you buy. They renew automatically until you cancel in Google Play; cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. The plan stays until the end of the period you paid for.
- Free trial. New subscribers may get a free trial (4 weeks). If you do not cancel before it ends, the subscription starts and you are charged.
- Pro forever is a one-time purchase of Pro (without voice transcription) for as long as Tuskee is offered. If I ever have to stop the service, I will give at least 90 days' notice and a way to export your data.
- Refunds follow Google Play's refund policies; ask Google Play first, or write to me.
- Prices may change. A new price for a subscription applies from a later renewal, after notice from Google Play; you can cancel before it.
- When a plan ends, nothing is deleted or locked: everything stays readable and editable on your phone. Only what the plan added stops (for example sync, cloud files beyond Free, or making more than Free allows). Files already in the cloud stay there while you have an account.
- Transcription minutes renew each month and do not carry over. Cloud space and file size limits are shown on the Pro screen.
Availability
I work to keep Tuskee running well, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". It may sometimes be unavailable or have bugs, and features may change. Keep your own backups of anything important (Settings · Storage · Export, or the backup to your Google Drive).
Limits of responsibility
To the extent the law allows, I am not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses, or for lost data, profits or opportunities, from using or not being able to use Tuskee. My total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid for Tuskee in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited, for example as a consumer in the EU or the UK.
Other services
Sign-in, purchases and Drive backups use Google's services, under Google's own terms. Tuskee also relies on the providers listed in the Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the new version will be on this page with a new date, and important changes will be shown in the app. Using Tuskee after that means you accept them.
The law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, except where the law of your own country protects you more.
