Delete your Tuskee account

Tuskee by Timur Seliutin. You can delete your Tuskee account and the data it keeps in the cloud at any time.

In the app

1. Open Tuskee.
2. Settings → your account at the top → Delete account.
3. Confirm. It is done at once.

Without the app

Write to tuskee_support@proton.me from the e-mail address of your Tuskee account (your Google account), with the subject "Delete my Tuskee account". I will delete it within 30 days and reply when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your account (name, e-mail, profile picture link).
• Everything synced to the cloud: tasks, events, notes and folders, tracks, synced settings.
• Your note files in cloud storage (photos, videos, voice notes, other files).
• Your plan record and transcription minutes.

Copies in the cloud database's own backups disappear as those backups are replaced, within 7 days.

What is not deleted

• Your subscription. Deleting the account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Google Play → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions.
• Purchase records kept by Google Play and RevenueCat, as the law requires (for example for taxes).
• Data on your phone. Tuskee keeps working without an account; to remove it, uninstall the app.
• Backups in your Google Drive ("Tuskee backups" folder). They are yours; delete them in Google Drive if you want.
